About the Mr. Leight Lolita C

In 1962, Stanley Kubrick created the psychological-comedy film that would be endlessly debated, critiqued, acclaimed: Lolita. Played by Sue Lyons, her character has a penchant for striking eyewear - red heart-shaped frames in her youth and thick, squared-out black frames in her mothering years. Mr Leight likes to think of the Lolita as a symbol for this progression of gracefully aging out of the fog of youth and the wisdo, nostalgia, and inner peace that comes from time.
