On any frame page, select “ADD FRAME + CUSTOM LENSES” to begin your customization. From there, you may choose between

• A curated lens collection designed for simplicity and ease
• An à la carte experience for full control over every lens detail

Each selection applies to a complete pair of lenses (right and left eye).

IMPORTANT: At the final step, you may upload your prescription, enter it manually, or send it to us later by email. Your prescription must include your O.D. (right eye), O.S. (left eye), and PD (pupillary distance).

Lab work typically takes 7-10 business days from the date the frame is in stock.

If your prescription lenses are made incorrectly based on the prescription provided at the time of purchase, we will remake them at no charge within 30 days of receipt. We stand behind the precision of our optical work and will also cover return shipping to ensure a seamless resolution.


LENS WARRANTY COVERAGE
Every prescription lens purchase includes a 1-year lens warranty, providing a one-time replacement at no charge in the event of a manufacturing defect.

When paired with any Crizal® Anti-Reflective, your coverage is extended to 2 years total.

• Warranty coverage and replacement lenses are limited to the original prescription and lens specifications selected at the time of purchase

SINGLE VISION

Single vision lenses contain one prescription throughout the entire lens, designed to correct either distance or near vision.

PROGRESSIVE (NO-LINE MULTIFOCAL)
Seamless vision at every distance.

Progressive lenses provide the same functional range as bifocals but with a smooth, gradual transition between distances - without visible lines. This creates a more natural and modern visual experience. Also referred to as no-line bifocals, PAL lenses, or multifocal lenses.

PLANO (NON-PRESCRIPTION)
Clear lenses without prescription power.

Plano lenses contain no prescription. They are used for fashion frames, protective eyewear, or custom tints where vision correction is not required. Available in Plastic or Trivex material.

WHY IT MATTERS?
As prescriptions increase, lens material becomes essential to maintaining comfort and aesthetics. Higher-index materials reduce thickness and weight, creating a cleaner, more refined appearance with improved all-day wearability.

Anti-reflective is one of the most important upgrades you can add to your lenses. By minimizing surface reflections, they allow more light to pass through the lens—resulting in sharper vision, improved contrast, and a cleaner aesthetic appearance.

They also reduce glare from headlights, screens, and overhead lighting, helping to reduce eye fatigue and provide more comfortable vision throughout the day—especially while driving at night or working on digital devices.

Polarized lenses are designed to eliminate intense glare caused by reflected light from surfaces such as roads, water, and glass. This type of reflected light travels in a concentrated horizontal direction, which can reduce visual comfort and clarity in bright environments.

These lenses reduce intense reflected glare while allowing you to select from multiple color and finish combinations to match your frame and personal style.

Available in Grey, Brown and G-15 Green

Recommended with Xperio UV Anti-Reflective. A fully integrated polarized sun lens solution.

LENS TINTING (SOLID OR GRADIENT)
Classic tinting with custom color control. Traditional lens tinting provides a consistent color across the lens (solid) or a gradual fade effect (gradient).

Available in Grey, Brown, G-15 Green or custom colors.

Tint intensity and color selection can be customized to match both functional needs and aesthetic preferences.

Important notes:
High-index lenses may not achieve extremely dark tint levels. For maximum darkness, polarized lenses are recommended when choosing High Index Lenses. Please specify any custom color or color matching in order comments.

MIRROR TINTING (Upon request)
Reflective finish with enhanced light control. Mirror coatings add a reflective outer layer to your lenses, reducing visible light transmission and improving comfort in bright conditions. In addition to their performance benefits, mirror finishes create a distinctive, high-end aesthetic appearance.

Performance details:
