SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
All orders are shipped with FedEx Direct Signature Required. The package must be signed for by someone at the delivery address and cannot be left unattended or signed for from a neighboring address.

INSURED SHIPPING
All shipments are fully insured while in transit, providing added protection and peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We proudly serve customers worldwide. While we make every effort to facilitate a smooth delivery experience, international shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any duties or fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

ADDRESS CHANGES IN TRANSIT
In some cases, delivery addresses may be updated after shipment. Additional carrier fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Whether your eyewear is shipping across the state or across the world, every order receives the same attention to detail, protection, and service that defines the Luxury Eyesight experience.

• U.S. returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee per item.
• International returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee per item.
• Return requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days of the delivery date shown in FedEx® tracking.
• Frames fitted with custom or prescription lenses by Luxury Eyesight receive a 50% refund of the lens price; plus the applicable frame restocking fee.
• Once authorized, returns must be received by Luxury Eyesight within 15 calendar days.
• All merchandise must be returned brand-new and unworn, with all original packaging and contents, including the frame, case, cloth, certificate, and accessories.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Jacques Marie Mage® frames
• DITA Eyewear EPILUXURY® Series
• Frames purchased from the Frames on Sale page
• Frames labeled or purchased from the Discontinued Page
• Frames marked “Limited Edition Production”
• Frames fitted with custom or prescription lenses by a third-party optician

To begin a return:

• Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid FedEx® return label.
• Securely package the item in its original packaging.
• Ship the return using the provided FedEx® label.
• Once received, all returns are carefully inspected. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Luxury Eyesight is not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address or returned using an unauthorized shipping method.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before the return is shipped.
• Returns must be clearly declared as: “U.S. Returned Goods – $1 USD value” on all customs documentation
• The shipment must be identified as returned merchandise and assigned an accurate customs value in accordance with applicable carrier and customs requirements.
• Incorrect or incomplete customs documentation may result in additional fees or delays.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Luxury Eyesight is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Items displayed on our website are part of a curated and continuously updated collection, and while a frame may be available for purchase, it does not always indicate immediate in-stock availability. Depending on the brand and collection, certain items may require special ordering, with typical fulfillment timelines ranging from 3 business days to 4+ weeks based on production and availability. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend contacting our team prior to purchase so we can confirm availability and provide the most accurate timeline.

We are required to charge sales tax to any order shipped to the State of Illinois.
